  2011 01 09 034.JPG - A surprising mid-ocean encounter with another catamaran ... that turned out to be none other that our friends Chris and Erin on "Barefeet".They were enroute from the Canary Islands to Guadeloupe, and we were going from the Cape Verdes to St Martin ... and on a 2200 mile passage, our paths crossed within 100 metres!(We only sighted one other sail on the whole 17 day passage, and it was merely a speck on the horizon).
